Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona para incorporación en nuestro centro logístico de Alcala De Henares como Key Account - Sector Farma.La función principal será la gestión de clientes de la industria farmacéutica.RESPONSABILIDADES:Principal contacto entre el cliente; intermediario/a entre Arvato y el cliente.Asegurar un día a día sólido en la operación y cumplimiento de los servicios contratados y niveles de servicio definidos.Planificación estratégica: Desarrollar planes estratégicos para cada cuenta, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y maximizando el valor para el cliente.Mejora continua (Inicio y conducción de proyectos de mejora para asegurar el nivel de servicio, optimizar/estabilizar procesos, reducir costes) y fortalecimiento de la relación con el cliente.Gestión de solicitudes de cambio impulsadas por el cliente.Asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPI's de productividad y calidad determinados con el cliente.Apoyo y gestión de iniciativas de mejora interna.Participar en auditorías y actividades de mejora interna y externa.REQUISITOS:Formación universitaria en ADE o similar.Experiencia mínima de dos años en puestos similares en el sector Farmacéutico.Nivel de Inglés alto (C1).Nivel alto SAP.Valorable gestión de proyectos.Nivel avanzado de paquete Office.Capacidad analítica y organizativa.QUE OFRECEMOS:Incorporación a una empresa en pleno crecimiento en un entorno dinámico con posibilidades de desarrollo personal y profesional.Un clima de trabajo muy agradable dentro de un equipo altamente motivado.Modelo híbrido de teletrabajo.Hemos despertado tu interés?
