..Monks is seeking a Social Lead, with experience managing large-scale social media and creative projects. Our ideal candidate has superb communication and documentation skills, identifies gaps, develops processes, and is comfortable leading by example. Most importantly, they must have a passion for social media, a desire to continuously be up to speed on the latest trends (social, tech, culture, etc), and aspirations for greatnessThis position will be part of a dedicated team for our largest client accounts (client facing experience is a must), working side by side with our social media hub streamlining all our social efforts.Responsibilities:Successfully drive all social media channels of our automotive partner while increasing their value. From content and channel strategy to campaign execution, and any other type of digital project that might be thrown your way.Build and sustain relationships with market clients, while ensuring that client relationships at all levels are fostered within the team.Ensure the highest-quality work is provided in a timely, cost-effective manner, with a focus on effective processes across the team. Responsible for guaranteeing that the final deliverables and outcomes are consistent with the brief timeline, client's strategy, brand, and creative goals, as well as our own quality standards.You will be responsible for tracking, communicating, and negotiating timelines, budgets, assets, goals, and expectations with stakeholders, and various global teams across the organisation.Look beyond the day-to-day needs of current work, ensuring the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue.Drive growth and investment decisions that ensure account revenue and profitability goals are met.Work with the markets towards achieving the desired profitability on SoME.Detect and activate business opportunities.Effectively build trust and establish positive relationships with clients.Collaborate with the Business Lead, Operations Lead and Delivery Lead to identify problems and recommend solutions.Mentor, manage, and grow a team of direct reports (Project Managers, Community Managers).Manage performance reviews, coaching to maximise success, identify training needs for improved performance, setting goals for career development, and ensure actions are taken.Provide education and training on best practices, social media principles, and industry at large.Participate in the interview process for junior team members' roles.Guide team in setting goals and project tasks and timelines, ensuring team members have challenging, level-appropriate projects and opportunities to learn new skills, contributing to overall team success.About YouYou are a social-media-savvy professional, with experience in social media asset management.
