**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Account Director to join our team at Zenith. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic growth plans, and driving business results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Lead and manage client-facing teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to drive business results and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize client budgets and financials to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior account management or business development role, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
