Digital Transformation Director

**Job Summary**
The Director of Digital Transformation and Relationship Management will lead the relationship with Amadeus Business and Functional Units, owning the Digitalization and Automation portfolio in Digital & Transformation Services (DTS). This individual will establish a vision, strategy, tactics, and capabilities for digital transformation, working as a catalyst to execute the digitalization strategy through the implementation of transformational initiatives with high impact across business units, functions, and regions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define digitalization strategies and arbitrate the Digitalization & Automation pipeline
- Execute transformation management and account management/business relationship
- Realize value and manage success
- Lead people and influence strategic capabilities and transversal services
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Over 15 years of experience in corporate-wide business transformation, preferably in Amadeus or similar industries/companies
- Strong track record in digitalization evolving business/functional units operating model (process, people, data, systems) on a global scale, leveraging technology as an enabler of transformation
- Experience in implementing and/or transforming marketing, commercial, delivery, and back-office (finance, human resources) processes and systems
- Strong industry and/or business acumen, including process, data, and technical points of view
- Strategy consulting background, P&L, or marketing/commercial responsibilities is a plus
- Significant work experience in highly decentralized organizations with strong business units
- Strong experience in business case elaboration and value realization
- Ability to anticipate risks and propose mitigation actions, consolidating all points of view among stakeholders
- Experience leading international teams
