Digital Transformation Specialist/Trainer

**Job Summary**
As a Digital Transformation Specialist/Trainer at Hitachi Energy Ltd, you will play a key role in leading high-impact portfolios, bridging technology and business needs, and delivering tangible results. You will be accountable for developing, implementing, and executing IT capabilities within the practice area to plan and build IT solutions resulting from Business of Functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and lead a global training team to support the Power Grids Transformers (PGTR) as their PLM program drives PLM best practices and tools out to our 70+ global factories.
- Define the organization and various training approaches to achieve Organizational Change Management, to train users in Hitachi Transformers best practices processes in the PLM Digitalization space.
- Build internal/external training team and train them fully in how we deploy PLM tools and processes for PGTR.
- Strengthen our global PLM key user community's training.
- Build a PLM/Windchill certification program for various functions in our user base.
- Perform hands-on training to our factories.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Spending 50% of time on new-factory PLM deployment projects to gain deep knowledge in how our factories work and how we will adapt those processes for our future use of PLM.
