**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Director to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our Global Service Commercial & Products team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers in the renewable energy sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts, including energy companies and wind farm operators.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance expectations and customer needs.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable onshore and offshore service sales volume and strategic targets in assigned accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic account planning processes to ensure the development of shared performance goals, revenue targets, and significant deadlines.
  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage solution development efforts to create new specific service solutions that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Support the growth, profitability, and governance of offshore service sales in line with Oilandgas.Org's expectations by providing customer knowledge and experience.
  • Work with the Pricing Department to introduce and set the Fair Value Capture concept into Offshore Service Sales.
  • Facilitate coordination and strategy sales-service alignment for key WTG sales processes.

**Requirements**

  • Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated commercial/sales management skills and a high level of wind energy market knowledge.
  • Knowledge and understanding of offshore wind energy is advantageous.
  • Leader, highly motivated, proactive, and team collaborator with great negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.

**Preferred Locations**

Madrid, Hamburg, or Copenhagen.
