Job Title: Global Service Account Director

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record of driving sales growth? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Service Account Director to join our team at Vestas.

Job Summary:

The Global Service Account Director will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the wind energy market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to meet account performance expectations and customers' expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable onshore and offshore service sales volume and strategic targets in assigned accounts
  • Guide the strategic account planning process to ensure the development of shared performance goals, revenue targets, and significant deadlines
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Manage solution development efforts to create specific service solutions that best address customer needs
Requirements:
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Demonstrated commercial/sales management skills, ideally with a high level of Wind Energy market knowledge
  • Leadership qualities, highly motivated, proactive, and a team collaborator
  • Great negotiation skills are a must for the position
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
