We are in search of a proactive Business Development & Sales Associate. Your primary responsibility will be to devise sales strategies, attract new clients, and meet sales targets. You will be instrumental in boosting our revenue by skillfully managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and managing the sales of our unique products and services. Moreover, researching our sales competitors will be a part of your role.Potential CandidatesPossess a positive and proactive attitudeBe confident & enthusiasticThrive in a team environment but also have the capacity to take the lead when requiredHave strong proficiency in English (spoken, written, and listening)Be responsible and adaptableKey ResponsibilitiesBecome well-versed with our product rangeIdentify potential customers and convert leads into salesEngage with both new and existing customers to understand and cater to their needsEmphasize product features to show how they cater to customer needsAddress queries regarding our productsHandle price negotiations, finalize sales agreements, and ensure timely closuresCollaborate with colleagues across different sectorsMaintain a robust contact list and nurture relationships with clientsOffer feedback for product design to ensure it meets client requirementsEnsure post-sale client satisfaction and provide necessary supportConsult with clients after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing supportAcademic and Experience Skills RequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably with a business focus2-3 years of sales experienceFamiliarity with to B2B salesStrong verbal & written communication skillsAbility to find solutions that benefit both the company and our clientsProficiency in standard office software toolsA keen understanding of sales techniques and pipeline managementRobust negotiation skillsAbility and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective clients and existing clientsKnowledge of HubSpot is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
