Ready to make a difference and impact global business development? Then this might be the perfect opportunity for you We are now looking to hire a talented individual as an Associate to join our office in Madrid and to help developing our business in Spain and Portugal.
The team is based in Madrid and we deliver advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various sectors such as digital technologies, energy, healthcare, transportation, services and manufacturing.
Our clients' businesses are often driven by digitalization, innovation and sustainability.Our consultancy scope includes for instance market entry and growth strategy, M&A, public affairs, sales channel set-up as well as client and partner acquisition.
What do we expect from you? To help us further grow in these areas, we are currently looking to expand the team with someone who is interested in a fast-paced environment, a steep learning curve and to work in a dedicated team supporting Swedish clients in their growth journey in Spain and Portugal, as well as the rest of Europe and globally.
If you have professional experience from Spain or Portugal and/or working experience from a consulting, in-house strategy or business development role, it is a strong advantage.
You will be working in project teams collecting, analyzing and presenting information and insights to our clients, which you mostly get from interactions with external stakeholders on the market.
You will travel in the region with our clients on a regular basis.You will support senior colleagues in sales dialogues, insight driven development of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and together with the team, develop customer value propositions.
We have a strong team in place, and we set the bar high for applicants' aptitude in being a team player and not being afraid to roll up their sleeves.

SKILLS &REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS
You have undertaken undergraduate or graduate studies, preferably in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering or similar fields. You either come straight from university or have 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
You have experience from an international context from studying and/or workingYou are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challengesYou have strong social and team-working skills and cultural adaptivenessExperience from business development, consulting, market analysis, sales support is of advantageFull professional fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is a requirement.
