Your primary responsibility is to work collaboratively with partners to improve the productivity and results from participating in Vrbo's marketplace by growing net booking value from the partner's listings.You will continuously work to maximize the production potential in the Vrbo and Expedia marketplace by utilizing and sharing unique data insights, marketing, distribution, and revenue management tools with Partners.What you'll do:Begins developing relationships with customer's or their account team, including key buyers/decision makersDevelops a basic understanding of customer's industry and competitive marketAttends meetings with customer's to understand needs and expectationsLearns the metrics to assess the performance of products, services, and solutions against customer's needs/expectationsDevelops key value proposition statements, case studies, or uses proof points to demonstrate the value of the company's products, services, and solutionsAssists in creating opportunities to build customer's accountRecommends products, services, and insights that will meet customer's needsCompletes basic account plans that outline tactics to acquire and/or maintain businessDevelop awareness of the policies, practices, trends, and information that impact the organization and its customer'sDevelop a basic understanding of the financial impact of decisions/solutions on the organization and its customer'sGuides accounts to valuable insights and presents insights that can benefit accounts and organizationMay document components of a business case for change at the direction of more senior colleaguesDevelop a working knowledge of the company's standard contract terms and conditionsLearns when to partner with legal resources to modify or adjust standard contract termsLearns the contract negotiation process and how to complete contractual arrangementsProactively seeks help from a manager when needed to address areas of difference and ensure agreements among all partiesAssists in conducting straightforward cost, benefit, and risk analyses of possible solutionsIdentifies the key stakeholders in decision-making for the accountBuilds a working knowledge of products, technologies, offerings, etc
