As a Customer Service Specialist at Ordermate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients. This is a full-time position, that can be remote, or based from our office in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, and involves handling a variety of customer inquiries and concerns across multiple communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate information and effective solutions to customer problems
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Continuously learning about Ordermate's products and services to enhance your product knowledge
  • Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • Experience with Point of Sale (P.O.S), and the hospitality industry would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in using various customer service tools and technologies.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, across different time zones.
