Le pôle SDR occupe une place essentielle dans la génération et la qualification du pipeline commercial. L’objectif est de structurer une équipe SDR performante, capable de soutenir un volume de leads élevé et de contribuer fortement à la croissance.Mission principale : Manager, structurer et faire performer une équipe SDR (8 à 15 personnes), avec un focus important sur la cadence d’exécution, la qualité de qualification et la conversion.Responsabilités : – Manager et développer une équipe SDR (8–15 collaborateurs). – Recruter et onboarder de nouvelles promotions de SDR. – Mettre en place des rituels d’équipe et de coaching (call reviews, simulations, objection-handling, training). – Optimiser les KPIs : coverage, time-to-touch, taux de conversion, qualité de qualification. – Définir et améliorer les scripts, séquences et process de qualification. – Assurer l’utilisation rigoureuse du CRM et des process internes (Salesforce). – Collaborer étroitement avec les AE, Sales Ops et le VP Sales pour maximiser le pipeline et la conversion.Profil recherché : Must-have : – 3 à 6 ans d’expérience en SDR / BDR dont au moins 2 ans en management. – Expérience en environnement dynamique, idéalement scale-up. – Orientation exécution, performance et process. – Capacité à recruter, structurer et coacher des profils juniors. – Maîtrise des outils CRM, sens des KPI, rigueur.Nice-to-have : – Expérience dans la vente ou qualification en marché français tout en travaillant depuis l’étranger. – Connaissance de Salesforce. – Expérience dans l’élaboration d’un playbook SDR.Pourquoi rejoindre : – Rôle essentiel pour la croissance du hub commercial. – Possibilité de construire un pôle SDR structuré et performant. – Forte autonomie et impact sur l’organisation.Pour candidater, merci de remplir le formulaire suivant :
