Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, the GSD will:

  1. Define the global sales strategy of the company, broken down into different sales channels.
  2. Lead the whole commercial team for each department.
  3. Lead the growth and expansion of the company.
  4. Set up the objectives and assure that the business plan is reached.

The Successful Applicant

Strong senior candidate, member of the executive board of directors.
High level education in business, international commerce or sales strategy.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead teams in a very effective way.
Driven, goals oriented and ability to make decisions.
Availability to travel half of their time.
Based in Spain.
