Offices located in Madrid.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement effective global sales strategies.Lead the international sales team members to achieve sales targets.Negotiate and close agreements with partners, within the luxury segment.Monitor and analyse performance metrics.Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs.Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.Build and participate in the recruitment of the Sales team.Report on sales results to the company Vice president and Board Members.The Successful ApplicantA successful Global Sales Director should have:A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldProven work experience as Regional or Global Director of Sales, or Director of Sales for multi-properties within the luxury hospitality industry.International experience is required.Experience within Luxury International hotel chains.Experience in managing a high-performance sale teamStrong organisational and leadership skillsAn ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skillsWhat's on OfferA competitive salary and benefits.Located in Madrid with international travel when needed.A chance to work with a dedicated and passionate team in the hospitality luxury industry.A positive company culture that values innovation and excellenceWe encourage those who believe they have the skills and experience for this role to apply.
