As a Sales Development Representative at Monday, your main mission will be to increase the occupancy of our 5 assets, strategically located in the best areas of Barcelona. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing. Your goal will be to ensure that all 5 Barcelona assets operate at maximum capacity, attracting both companies and freelancers. Commercial tours are conducted in person, so you will need to be available to lead guided tours, showcasing Monday’s value proposition compared to the competition. Additionally, your presence will be essential in handling high-profile and corporate clients, ensuring a high-quality experience and personalized service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in similar sectors such as real estate, flex, or hospitality.
  • Experience executing strategies to develop business and close sales with corporate clients.
  • Results-oriented, accustomed to working with sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation skills, demonstrating expertise in closing deals with high-level clients.
  • Accustomed to working with CRM and sales management tools (Pipedrive). Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Availability to occasionally travel to other cities where Monday is present (Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, Andorra, Lisbon).
  • Proficiency in languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields is a plus.

So… What will I do?

  • Prospecting and lead generation. Develop strategies to attract new clients, including corporate companies and freelance professionals.
  • Management of the complete sales cycle: From identifying business opportunities to closing sales of Monday memberships.”
  • Sales tours: Conduct sales tours at the asset, highlighting Monday’s value proposition compared to the competition.
  • Negotiation and closing of sales. Finalize mutually beneficial business agreements, maximizing the occupancy of Monday’s centers.
  • Collaboration with other teams: Work with other departments, including KAMs and management, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with Monday’s brand values.
  • Performance analysis: Utilize CRM tools to analyze sales progress, making strategic adjustments as needed.
