The challengeYou will mainly contribute to and work on one key strategic objective: the commercial growth of Sensorfact. Currently, we already have 1800+ customers. If you join our team, you will work on further expanding our client portfolio and revenue.
You will:
- Conduct customer research (prospect leads);
- Reach out to potential high value customers via phone, email or video call;
- Convince business owners and senior executives of our value proposition;
- Convert leads by setting up product demonstrations with the potential customers and our Account Executives;
- Actively invest in your sales skills and career via our training program and rapid growth path (to Junior Account Executive or Team Lead Sales Development) that we offer Sales Development Representatives.
- At least 6+ months of experience in a customer facing role;
- You have experience in cold calling and/or outbound sales;
- You have a “hunter” mentality. You (would) love the challenge of outbound sales and convincing leads of our value proposition;
- Strong communication skills in Spanish (native level) and English;
- You value drive, intelligence and honesty and you are a coachable team player.
- You can play a key role in the expansion of our company in new markets, by using your commercial skills to make substantial contributions to Sensorfact's growth and an environment with less industrial waste and low emissions;
- You can make an investment in your sales career because of the training and rapid growth path (Junior Account Executive or Team Lead Sales Development) that we offer to our Sales Development Representatives;

…And we obviously offer you the usual: a contract for 32-40 hours per week, 23 holiday days, €500 contribution to set up/improve your home office and travel reimbursement.
Our mission is to reduce energy waste in industrial companies. We do this by making energy saving easy. Therefore, we have developed a plug & play Energy Management System that consists of wireless sensors and a clear online platform. Our algorithms analyse the data and detect potential energy savings. This way we help our customers to reduce their energy bill by 5-10%.
