As an Account Manager you are responsible for a number of important Regional consumers fragrance accounts. You will take care of managing the sales to these accounts effectively; with the goal to ensure growth of the business with them. You will work in close cooperation with Creation team, and Marketing and technical departments within IFF.

You will be based in Madrid and you will report into the Spain sales direction.

Your key responsibilities :

Develop long term sales plans for key customers assigned, monitor and adapt sales activities in accordance with IFF objectives.

Execute Regional Sales Strategy and tactics on assigned accounts to maximize sales opportunities.

Projects coordination, negotiation and monitoring.

Generation of new business opportunities and Achieve win rate target.

Create, build and maintain strong personal relationships with key personnel at customers and with internal partners.

Generate a strong pipeline of new business targets.

Building relevant and solid value propositions to increase market share by creating a strong client value.

Your experience

You have experience in commercial account management ideally within the product development industry.

Proof experience and passion for the product developments on industries such cosmetics, fragrances, Home care, or laundry care.

Demonstrated business and commercial acumen

Bachelor's degree

Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing, in Spanish and English

Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to interact and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers

Open mindset, active listening capabilities and emotional selling skills

Well-developed negotiations skills. Your marketing skills can be of advantage

Current Driver's License. You are able to travel around 20- 25% of the working time.
