Cadena de centros fitness en propiedad está buscando una persona que sepa dónde y cuando abrir nuevos centros. Dentro de una política empresarial más de oficina que de calle en el día a día.

No abren en parques comerciales, centros comerciales, ni zonas prime, necesitamos experiencia en proximidades, calles comerciales, high street, entre otros.

Las funciones que se desarrollará son:

Captación de locales.Análisis de entornos urbanos.Relación con propietarios de la cartera inmobiliaria.Reporting y seguimiento de KPI's.Gestión jurídico-técnica en lo relativo a urbanismo y relaciones mercantiles con propietarios.Análisis de viabilidad financiera. Paquete retributivo: 40.000 – € brutos anuales.15% bonus anual a objetivos.Kilometraje (0,24 €/km).Contrato indefinido.Carrera profeisonal.
