We are seeking an exceptional **Sr. Launch & Expansion Manager** to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping us deliver launch and expansion plans for new last mile transportation initiatives, focusing on attracting delivery partners and building an effective launch and risk mitigation plan.
Key Responsibilities- Manage several competing priorities, ensuring critical projects remain visible to all stakeholders while maintaining a plan for less urgent matters.
- Dive deep into various work streams, learning about each stakeholder's contribution and challenges.
- Write and review business cases using information acquired from various stakeholders.
- Prioritize work-streams that have the biggest impact on timelines and report status in a timely manner.
- Develop a strong management technical approach while being able to 'roll up your sleeves' and jump in to solve bottlenecks where needed.
- Maintain the overall project plan that enables the teams to be successful based on project milestones and Go-Live.
- Obtain stakeholder feedback, compile white papers, and run monthly business review processes to update all stakeholders.
Our EU DSP team partners with entrepreneurial individuals to build sustainable and scalable delivery capacity, enabling Amazon to continue delighting customers with fast, efficient, and bar-raising fulfillment of their orders.
Requirements- Experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis.
- Experience with annual brand and media planning.
- Experience hiring and developing sales management teams.
