Job DescriptionAs a SaaS Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing customer relationships while driving the expansion of the SaaS product on a global scale. You will be responsible for strengthening existing business with strategic accounts, establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and identifying potential expansion opportunities within new entities and/or countries.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including procurement, IT, and digital departments.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client base, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Contract Management: Monitor and ensure renewals and upsell of existing contracts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with local teams and cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product.
- Education: Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in an Account Management position in a SaaS company or as a business manager in an IT services company.
- Skills: Strong experience in B2B prospection and business development, fluency in French and strong communication in professional English.
- Desirable: Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or LLaMA for improving day-to-day productivity.
