Amazon is seeking an exceptional Senior Launch and Expansion Manager to join our Logistics team. As a key member of our start-up group, you will be responsible for growing and scaling our Delivery Service Partners (DSP) program across multiple Modes of Transport (MoTs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute launch and expansion plans for new last mile transportation initiatives, focusing on attracting delivery partners.
  • Build effective launch and risk mitigation plans to enable DSPs to expand Amazon's last mile operations globally.
  • Design comprehensive launch plans and mechanisms, drive risk assessments and remediation, and coordinate all launch work-streams across multiple functions and countries.
  • Identify opportunities to continually enhance the program for Amazon customers and the entrepreneurs that own and operate small delivery businesses.

Requirements
