Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.
Experience working in the Security Engineering domain.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience of bug bounty programs, security research or vulnerability investigation
Experience in customer facing incident response roles (e.g., MSSP, consulting, SOC, etc).
Experience in a specialized security operations domain, e.g., Digital Forensics, Reverse Engineering, Malware Analysis, Incident Management, Threat Intelligence, etc.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.
Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and driving the technical directions of your programs.
In this role, you're going to be part of a diverse cross-functional team, spanning multiple organizational levels and functional areas to assess and respond to reported vulnerabilities and escalations from bug bounty program.
You will manage multiple cross-functional efforts and escalations simultaneously with competing priorities, set the vision and direction for our security programs and use your technical judgment to drive outcomes, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus in the security space for Google Cloud.
Responsibilities
Lead a diverse cross-functional team of stakeholders, spanning multiple organizational levels and functional areas to assess and respond to reported vulnerabilities and escalations from the bug bounty program.

Set the vision and direction for programs by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
