Senior Program Manager for Global Physical Security Solutions

Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to spearhead initiatives in Global Physical Security Design.
The mission of the Global Security Organization (GSO) is to enhance the safety of Amazon's diverse operations, including affiliate and retail sectors, by establishing a secure workplace through specialized global security centers. These centers are manned by professionals dedicated to the protection of personnel and assets.
This position requires collaboration with regional teams to unify physical security designs on a global scale, create risk-informed security frameworks, policies, and standards, while remaining abreast of the latest industry trends.

- Ability to design Physical Security Systems
- Understanding of Security Management Practices
- Operational Security knowledge
- Familiarity with Law, Investigations, and Ethics
- Consideration of holistic, ergonomic, Health & Safety factors
The successful candidate will undertake various responsibilities, including drafting comprehensive Physical Security design specifications, interpreting architectural plans, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure project success.
Basic qualifications include a degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, experience with design software such as AutoCAD, and familiarity with project management methodologies, alongside a thorough understanding of IP CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Systems.
Primary Responsibilities:- Drafting detailed Physical Security design specifications and standards.
- Interpreting architectural plans and Amazon Security Policies.
- Creating and drafting Scopes of Work.
- Leading initiatives within a matrix organization.
- Strategically thinking and formulating a vision.
This role may involve collaboration with teams across various locations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with BIM and AutoCAD software.
- Certifications such as ASIS CPP, PSP, or CISSP.
- Familiarity with TAPA, Lenel Access Control Systems, and Milestone Video Management System.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
