¿Qué buscamos?

Un/a Key Account Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo y gestionar las relaciones con nuestros clientes clave. El candidato ideal será un profesional orientado al cliente, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y una sólida capacidad para desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales estratégicas. Este puesto es fundamental para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y maximizar el crecimiento de las cuentas clave.

Funciones

· Fidelización y desarrollo de la cartera de clientes asigna.

· Captación de nuevos clientes.

· Venta de la totalidad del catálogo de productos en activo (packaging, embalajes, artículos de oficina, artículos de limpieza) y cierre de contratos de Instalación de máquinas (de relleno de aire, precintadoras automáticas, por ejemplo).

· Identificación de oportunidades de negocio.

· Cierre de oportunidades de negocio.

· Relación con cliente.

· Desarrollo comercial.

Requerimientos:

Indispensables

. Residir en zona Levante - ideal Valencia.

·Conocimientos de ofimática.

·Conocimientos de CRM (preferible "Sales Force").

·Técnicas de venta: gestión del tiempo, técnicas de negociación, escucha activa, sondeo al cliente.

·Experiencia trabajar grandes cuentas mediante visita presencial.

·Experiencia en acuerdos comerciales de Grandes Cuentas.

·Planificación y gestión de la Agenda Comercial.

·Trabajo en equipo.

. Experiencia en la industria del sector transporte - preferiblemente transporte urgente (e-commerce, industria, automoción, logística)
