Key Responsibilities- Sales Growth and Account Penetration: Achieve maximum sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory/group of customers.
- Product Promotion and Sales: Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers for the Straumann Dental Implant portfolio.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, identifying their needs, business issues, and aspirations.
- Needs Analysis and Solution Identification: Conduct individual needs analysis as part of your conversations to identify how Straumann Group's solutions can meet the customer's needs.
- Objection Handling and Communication: Overcome objections and effectively communicate Straumann Group's offering and value propositions to key decision-makers.
- Lead Generation and Relationship Building: Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the success of the organization through generating leads and opportunities for the broader Straumann Group team.
- Dental Sector Experience: Dental sector experience and technical product knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Commercial Experience: Some commercial experience is required, with a strong background in sales and customer relationship building.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to showcase Straumann Group's offerings in a compelling way.
- CRM System Proficiency: Strong and consistent usage of our CRM system, quote, and finance tools.
