Your Tasks

You will be accountable for engaging and positioning H-TEC with customers with the aim of securing wins on projects in the range of (1-5 MW)You will be the main driver of the sales processYou are also the main owner of the proposal preparation process, with support from other disciplinesAlong with the bid and product teams you will be the main driver of successful bid preparation and responsible for commercial resultsYou will typically work on industrial projects focused on renewable-based hydrogen productionWith the support of the internal organization you will develop the strategy to acquire successfully those projectsYou will lead, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary project team the deliverables to meet customer needsYou will be focused on the Iberia region

Your Profile

You are graduated in engineering, finance or economics, with proven technical/financial/commercial expertise in industrial energy projects, including preferably in the area of renewable energy and industrial gasesYou have already a good network in the Iberia region with focus on target customer segmentsYou are an innovative entrepreneur, a genuine networker and curious by natureYou have a flexible attitude, you are innovative, creative and able to challenge the boundaries, being able to take the various internal and external parties involved out of the boxYou are a real problem-solver, result-driven, positive-minded, combined with enormous enthusiasm and perseveranceYou have several years of operational experience in Sales or Business Development (face to face with the customers and local authorities)You have first working experience in the energy sectors (ideally in the hydrogen business)You speak and write fluently in English and Spanish (other languages as German, Portuguese, French are a plus)
