¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Como responsable de la Actividad Comercial y de liderazgo del Equipo de VentasConsecución de un equipo altamente efectivo y cohesionado. Responsable de su formación, desarrollo, optimización de recursos y resultados de acuerdo a los objetivos marcados.Planificación de la estrategia comercial interna ambidiestra: Explotación de recursos y exploración de nuevo negocio.Presentación de objetivos de venta anuales (Budget con cada uno de los miembros del equipo vinculado a los objetivos) y de cifra del Plan Estratégico de Sectores (Business Plan BDMs).Seguimiento continuo de los objetivos de venta anuales y cobertura anual de las cifras objetivo del equipo. Uso de KPI's para medición de rendimiento y análisis de resultados.Responsable de las condiciones en ofertas de gran importe: Responsable y conocedor de las condiciones extraordinarias a clientes, y Gestor de aquellas situaciones puntuales de conflicto con clientes que deban escalarse.Es conocedor y gestor de aprobación comercial: Acuerdos con clientes, contratos de suministro, entrega, stock, rappels, etc,Control de la planificación de rutas y organización de visitas agendadas por su Equipo.

Como Soporte de NegocioRealización de visitas comerciales.Generación de nuevos clientes en cartera.Consolidación y fidelización de la cartera de clientes activos, ya existente.Elaboración y seguimiento de propuestas y ofertas técnicas y económicas de los productos o soluciones.Relación con el Área Sales Management de los partners. Reuniones periódicas de seguimiento de actividad, forecasts y otras reuniones estratégicas.Asistencia a ferias y eventos comerciales.

REQUISITOS DE CUALIFICACIÓN Y FORMACIÓN

Profesional con formación técnico-comercial y en liderazgo de equipos. Ideal si es Ingenierio o similar con formación en ventas. O al menos que aporte experiencia en el sector industrial.Conocimiento de soluciones técnicas similares, en el sector industrial y gestión Cuentas Cliente.Buen nivel de inglés.

APTITUDES NECESARIAS y DESEABLES DEL PERFILSe requiere perfil con experiencia en entorno industrial, conocimientos y habilidades para la gestión de equipos. Perfil con el objetivo de coordinar a un equipo que funcione de manera autónoma y fluida; de manera que resulte altamente resolutivo y proactivo, tanto como equipo, como individualmente.Perfil que requiere de habilidades comerciales y de negociación; tanto internas, como externas.Perfil proactivo y colaborativo con Business Development Managers, Product Managers, Inside Sales y Technical Department.
