Position Overview
Are you a motivated and experienced Program Manager, enthusiastic about diving into the world of Sales Operation Services (SOS)? If yes, READ ON You may be a great fit for our Sales Operations Services Program Team.
The Sales Operation Services Program Manager must implement, and maintain essential processes and work instructions in collaboration with SOS leadership and observing evolving requirements.
As a member of the Sales Operation Program Team, you will collaborate on multiple aspects of the strategic realization and the Sales Operation Services (SOS) organization objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations Services Programs, you will be associated with our Barcelona office, working within a hybrid-remote work policy.
Responsibilities
- Identify training opportunities and make recommendations to the Program Team
- Help develop SMEs within the Sales Operations Services organization
- Ensure Sales Operations Services resources are adequately trained
- Present to a wide variety of audiences within Autodesk
- Help resolve more complex cases within the escalation path
- Help us to prepare content for the quarterly Sales Operations Services Ops Review
- Run regular meetings with the Sales Operations Services leadership members to monitor progress of program deployment and strategic objectives
- Participate in team activities on different topics to maintain a broad and thoughtful understanding of the sales tools and program and processes
- Support Change Management and readiness by applying existing Sales Operations Services communication methods
Minimum Qualifications
- BA, BS, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years program management, sales operations, or similar experience
- Proficient in multiple business applications, including, Salesforce, and SharePoint
- Experience leading and keeping others on task
- Analytical expertise resulting in solution recommendation
- Collaborate with several groups within Autodesk
- Review processes and guide optimization and new ideas
- Capability to evaluate the options with a clear sense of main priorities and risk to the program
- Manage information from the multiple parallel work streams and integrate important details into our standard processes
- Apply best judgement to make decisions on what scoping options to pursue (think long term)
