Descripción


Garantizar que se cumplen con todas las obligaciones de contratación, afiliación y cotización de toda la plantilla; así como el pago de la nómina.

Cumplir con la legislación sociolaboral en todo momento, controlar el absentismo, informar a la plantilla sobre permisos, etc. y apoyar al HR Manager en cuanto a la gestión integral del personal, desarrollo y clima.

Responsabilidades

Administración de Personal

  • Control de presencia
2. Gestión y coordinación de Nómina en las obligaciones con la seguridad social y agencia tributaria

3. Contratos

4. Control de las comunicación de Altas, bajas y variaciones a la Seguridad Social

5. Atención al trabajador y resolución de dudas en lo referente a cálculo de nóminas, permisos, etc.

6. Control de vestuario, taquillas.

7. Gestión de Personas en SAP.

Mantenimiento de Cuadro de Mando

Desarrollo de Personal de la Planta

  • Colaborar en la Confección del Plan de Formación anual y matriz de necesidades formativas
2. Planificar las acciones formativas y búsqueda de proveedores

Comunicación

  • Emitir comunicaciones de interés general
2. Relaciones con el SEPE, Seguridad Social y distintos organismos públicos relacionados con el empleo

Reportar a managers y bases de datos sobre indicadores relacionados con la plantilla:
absentismo, nível de satisfacción, rendimiento del trabajador, salarios, funciones, categorías, vacantes, etc.

4. Estudio del rendimiento y control del absentismo.

5. Controlar permisos, vacaciones, presencias, ausencias y resto de incidencias en los fichajes.

Las funciones y responsabilidades asociadas a los procedimientos del Sistema Integrado de gestión.

Requirements

  • Grado en Psicología, Sociología, Administración y Dirección de empresas, Derecho del Trabajo, Diplomatura/grado en RRLL, Derecho o similar
2. Paquete Office.

3. Inglés nível alto.
