Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in advising and providing HR support to employees, while ensuring compliance with legal and social HR regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Be responsible for the employee lifecycle within your scope, ensuring a seamless onboarding and offboarding process.
- HR Support and Advisory
- Provide support in various HR-related topics, such as leaves, compensation, and benefits, while resolving issues and problems.
- Payroll and Administrative Support
- Liaise with external providers for payroll and HR topics, if any.
- Process employee paperwork and assist employees with workplace adaptation.
- Training and Development
- Coordinate and manage logistics of training sessions.
- HR Process Improvement
- Contribute to lean management and improvement of HR processes.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and government regulations.
Requirements
- Education
- A Master's Degree with a major in HR or equivalence.
- Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Language Skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, autonomous, adaptable, and problem-solving skills.
- Mastery of generative AI, such as ChatGPT or Poe.Com, is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
