About the Role

Mantu is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees.
  2. Payroll and HR Administration: Liaise with external providers for payroll and HR-related topics, ensuring compliance with legal and social regulations.
  3. HR Support and Advisory: Provide expert HR support and advice to employees, resolving issues and problems in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Compensation and Benefits: Ensure that compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and government regulations, promoting a fair and equitable work environment.
  5. Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate and manage the onboarding and offboarding process of employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  6. Internal Communication: Administer internal communication on HR topics, keeping employees informed and engaged.
  7. Training and Development: Coordinate and manage logistics of training sessions, promoting employee growth and development.
  8. Process Improvement: Contribute to lean management and improvement of HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Group Projects: Contribute to HR group projects, collaborating with colleagues to drive business results.
  10. Payroll Queries: Address payroll-related queries, providing timely and accurate support.
  11. Document Preparation: Prepare documents in compliance with labor legislation and local company regulations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  12. Personnel Record-Keeping: Manage personnel record-keeping and reporting, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  13. Employee Support: Process employee paperwork and assist employees with workplace adaptation, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
About You
  1. Education: You have a Master's Degree with a major in HR or equivalence, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
  2. Experience: You have a previous experience in HR and administration field of 2 years, showcasing your ability to apply HR knowledge in a real-world setting.
  3. Language Skills: You are fluent in Spanish and English, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in an international team.
  4. Personal Qualities: You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: You possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and employees.
  6. Problem-Solving Skills: You have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  7. Generative AI: Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or is a plus, enabling you to improve day-to-day productivity and efficiency.
