Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our team at Resource Group - Training. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients on all aspects of human resources management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the screening process procedures and standards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement client Group HR Policies, including processes for different countries.
- Define HR Flow Charts & procedures, including processes for different countries.
- Support the implementation of Resource Consulting Spain Policies and Procedures.
- Develop and implement HR Strategies to support business objectives.
- Servicing upon the directions of the HR appointed stakeholder.
- Instigate the company culture and values based on client HR Director instructions.
- Staff Company Inductions as required.
- Compile and revise HR and Joining FAQs and Useful information.
- Coordinate international payroll and internal staff costing models.
- Support the creation and update of HR related contents in ARA Portal.
- Design a strategic recruitment model.
- Implement outsourcing models consultation.
- Creation of ad hoc consultancy reports.
- Organize assessments, coaching, career development, and legal procedures.
- Evaluate and manage staff performance upon client systems.
- Ensure compliance with Reasonable Quality, GDPR integrations, etc... related to the HR department.
- Business Support Reporting to clients.
- Support the BOM to maintain account management quality standards.
- Report on agreed KPI's to both management and staff as required.
- Coordinate with the Group and the client as required.
- Monitoring and reporting. Compliance monitoring responsible of any documentation required.
- Support on accounts invoicing processes.
- Identify possible areas of improvement.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Ensure the office processes are followed and improved as necessary by all office members on the development of the services.
- Human Resource, Health and Safety & IT: Abide by and ensure that all employees under your management control adhere to the appropriate policies and procedures and seek further guidance when necessary.
- Data Protection: Responsible for ensuring all personal information is dealt with in accordance with company processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the GDPR.
- Identifying and reporting any personal information security incidents to the line manager and/or data protection compliance officer in accordance with data protection procedure.
- Responsible for ensuring all assigned staff operate in accordance with the data protection procedure.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Spanish.
- High level of written and spoken English – C1 Level or similar.
