Main Responsibilities:
As an Hr Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the screening process procedures and standards. This includes proposing the implementation of client Group HR Policies, defining HR Flow Charts & procedures, and creating HR Formularies as requested. You will also support the implementation of Resource Consulting Spain Policies and Procedures, develop HR Strategies, and instigate the company culture and values. Additionally, you will coordinate international payroll and internal staff costing models, create and update HR related contents in ARA Portal, and design a strategic recruitment model.

Key Tasks:
Manage the screening process procedures and standards
Propose the implementation of client Group HR Policies
Define HR Flow Charts & procedures
Create HR Formularies as requested
Support the implementation of Resource Consulting Spain Policies and Procedures
Develop HR Strategies
Instigate the company culture and values
Coordinate international payroll and internal staff costing models
Create and update HR related contents in ARA Portal
Design a strategic recruitment model

Supervisory Responsibilities:
As an Hr Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring that office processes are followed and improved as necessary by all office members. You will also be responsible for Human Resource, Health and Safety & IT, and ensuring that all employees under your management control adhere to the appropriate policies and procedures.

Data Protection:
You will be responsible for ensuring that all personal information is dealt with in accordance with company processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the GDPR. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting any personal information security incidents to the line manager and/or data protection compliance officer in accordance with data protection procedure.

Requirements:
Native or fluent in Spanish
High level of written and spoken English – C1 Level or similar
