Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the screening process procedures and standards, proposing the implementation of client Group HR Policies, and defining HR Flow Charts & procedures as requested. This includes processes for different countries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support business objectives.
  • Coordinating the development and implementation of HR-related content in the ARA Portal.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic recruitment model to attract top talent.
  • Providing HR and payroll coordination, including international payroll and internal staff costing models.
  • Supporting the creation and update of HR-related content in the ARA Portal.
  • Implementing outsourcing models and consulting on HR-related matters.
  • Creating ad hoc consultancy reports and organizing assessments, coaching, and career development.
  • Evaluating and managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with client systems and regulations.
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance, including GDPR integrations and other HR-related matters.
  • Supporting the Business Operations Manager (BOM) in maintaining account management quality standards.
  • Reporting on agreed KPIs to management and staff.
  • Coordinating with the Group and client as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that office processes are followed and improved as necessary by all office members, and will be required to supervise and guide team members as needed.

Human Resource, Health and Safety & IT:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all employees under their management control adhere to the appropriate policies and procedures, and will be required to seek further guidance when necessary.

Data Protection:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all personal information is dealt with in accordance with company processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the GDPR, and will be required to identify and report any personal information security incidents to the line manager and/or data protection compliance officer.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be required to have:

  • Native or fluent in Spanish.
  • High level of written and spoken English – C1 Level or similar.
