Descripción del empleo

Reportando al Director General España, la misión del Area Sales Mes desarrollar las ventas con la prospección, promoción y prescripción de las soluciones LACROIX Environment con un seguimiento riguroso del plan de acción comercial en su zona geográfica (LATAM*).


Trabajará en estrecha coordinación con la red existente y/o futura de partners de LACROIX Medio Ambiente en los países objetivo, que tendrá la misión de identificar, seleccionar y animar de acuerdo con el Channel Partner Program CPP.


  • LATAM specifically targeted countries = Mexico, Chile, Peru and Colombia

Requisitos

  • Senior Sales profile with minimum 5year experience in the LATAM region for solutionoriented technical sales and strong business/sales development mindset
  • Technical/Engineering Degree ideally with specialty in electrical engineering & automation
  • Understanding of new technologiesoriented solutions
  • A plus, not a must have: experience with water and wastewater, smart grids or energy management operators/market and knowledge of decisionmaking structures in water, smart grids or energy management
  • A plus, not a must have: Experience with network components and TCP/IP networks in automation technology as well as with telecontrol components and telecontrol transmission protocols
  • Comfortable with Office 365 and digital communication tools (Teams or equivalent)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English. French or German as a third language would be an advantage
  • Good negotiation skills, acute business vision and result driven profile
  • Full availability for regular travel in the LATAM area (30% time).
