We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to lead our service operations in LATAM. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing service strategies that meet the specific needs of the LATAM market, using new and digital tools to improve how we deliver services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and apply service strategies that meet the specific needs of the LATAM market.
  2. Work with the VP of LATAM, regional managers, and commercial teams to ensure service strategies are integrated with wider business goals.
  3. Support local service teams by providing them the tools and guidance they need to excel.
  4. Keep up with market trends and customer feedback to find new service opportunities.
  5. Use data to improve customer satisfaction and streamline operations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, or similar).
  2. Advanced degree preferred.
  3. Extensive experience and proven track record of success in service management within the medical device or IVD industry.
  4. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
