Job Title: Head of Regional Service Quality, Med-Madrid

Are you a passionate Quality Engineer looking for a challenging role in a dynamic organization? Do you have significant experience in Quality and a strong background in management? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Quality Manager.

About the Role:

As a Regional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and defining strategic quality initiatives in our sub-regional service organization. You will advise sub-regional service business on their quality metrics, provide recommendations for improvement, and ensure quality performance is understood by sub-regional service. You will also support service in reaching their quality business goals and act as the sub-regional service point of contact for Quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve sub-regional service performance
  • Provide quality metrics and recommendations for improvement to sub-regional service business
  • Ensure quality performance is understood by sub-regional service and support service in reaching their quality business goals
  • Act as the sub-regional service point of contact for Quality and escalate compliance issues
  • Support the sub-regional service Turbine Quality Audit (TQA) program to identify issues leading to turbine downtime and hitting LPF & LDs
  • Support service in reducing CoPQ, with a focus on LDs, LPF, and service overdue backlog
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices in sub-regional service through knowledge transfer across the value chain
Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality. You should have a Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner certification, Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor, and strong communication, cooperation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in data analysis, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring of results, and implementing solutions is also required. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
