About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Regional Service Quality team. As the Head of Regional Service Quality, you will be responsible for guiding and implementing strategic quality initiatives in our sub-regional service organization.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality Strategy Development: Develop and implement quality strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  2. Quality Metrics and Reporting: Analyze and report on quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  3. Quality Training and Awareness: Design and deliver quality training programs to ensure that our service teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  4. Quality Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  5. Quality Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve quality goals.

Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality.
  2. Professional Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner and Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
