About the Role:
The Senior Regional Quality Engineering Lead will be responsible for building, leading, and developing teams to achieve business unit goals in terms of revenue, profitability, operations, and delivery. This individual will guide the vision and overall business development strategy for the Amdocs Americas region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set business objectives and targets to ensure success.
- Integrate various functions and business plans within the Amdocs Americas region.
- Identify and build opportunities for new testing services and markets.
- Encourage innovative quality engineering and testing methodologies.
- Gain a full grasp of the business challenges in the related domain, including market trends, future technologies, competition, and partners.
- Lead inclusive teams and foster a growth mentality.
- Develop and implement processes and programs to encourage a multi-cultural team to achieve unit goals.
- Drive organizational integrity and assure excellent delivery across all regional engagements.
Requirements:
- At least 10-15 years of experience in quality engineering with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Leading a large organization and team of 500+ people.
- Fostering a growth mentality, deep understanding of business development, and service delivery with a proven track record of managing sales pipeline.
- Extensive experience in quality engineering, with significant experience in a leadership role and customer relationship management.
- Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
