Senior Regional Quality Engineering Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Regional Quality Engineering Lead to join our team at Amdocs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a large team of quality engineers and driving the development of regional quality engineering strategies that align with our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 500+ quality engineers and provide guidance on quality engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement regional quality engineering strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and service delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Foster a growth mentality and provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members.

Requirements:

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in quality engineering, with significant experience in leadership and customer relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, CSQE by ASQ, ISTQB or equivalent.
