We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Regional Quality Engineering Lead to join our team at Amdocs. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and build opportunities for new testing services and markets.
- Encourage innovative quality engineering and testing methodologies.
- Gain a full grasp of the business challenges in the related domain.
- Develop and implement regional quality engineering strategies that align with company goals.
- Lead a large organization and team of 500+ people.
- Foster a growth mentality, deep understanding of business development, and service delivery.
- Manage sales pipeline and customer relationships.
- Develop and implement standard tools and practices used in the organization.
- Drive out-of-the-box solutions to improve efficiency across operations.
Requirements
- At least 10-15 years of experience in quality engineering with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in quality engineering, with significant experience in a leadership role and customer relationship management.
- Deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to develop and implement regional quality engineering strategies that align with company goals.
