Job Summary
The Senior Regional Quality Engineering Lead will build, lead, and develop teams to achieve business unit goals in terms of booking, revenue, profitability, operations, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Set business objectives and targets to ensure success.
- Integrate various functions and business plans within the Amdocs Americas region.
- Identify and build opportunities for new testing services and markets.
- Encourage innovative quality engineering and testing methodologies.
- Gain a full grasp of the business challenges in the related domain.

- Drive organizational integrity and assure excellent delivery across all regional engagements.
Requirements
- At least 10-15 years of experience in quality engineering with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Leading a large organization and team of 500+ people.
