Job Title: Head of Regional Service Quality
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Regional Service Quality to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding, defining, and implementing strategic quality initiatives in our sub-regional service organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise sub-regional service business on their quality metrics, while providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure the quality performance is understood by sub-regional service, and support service in reaching their quality business goals.
- Sub-regional service point of contact for Quality, including escalation of compliance issues.
- Ensure quality is maintained through a setup on the sub-regional Service sites.
- Support sub-regional service Turbine Quality Audit (TQA) program to identify issues leading to turbine's downtime and hitting LPF & LDs.
- Support service in reducing CoPQ, with focus on LDs, LPF, Service overdue backlog.
- Support quality training and awareness activities in the sub-region.
- Support sharing of best practices in sub-regional service through knowledge transfer across the value chain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality.
- Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner.
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor.
- Communication, cooperation, and stakeholder management skills, experience in working in complex large matrixed organizations.
- Expertise and understanding of service quality processes.
- Experience of data analysis, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring of results and implementing solutions.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
