Regional Head of Partnership

At Otovo, we're on a mission to promote energy transition from combustibles into renewables. We're looking for a skilled Regional Head of Partnership to join our Global Partnerships team, which is at the center of our growth strategy.

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in B2B sales/partnerships/account management, preferably within renewable energy. You'll be responsible for Partnerships results across Europe, onboard and manage strategic partners, drive partner acquisition, and mentor country partner managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Partnerships results across Europe
  • Onboard and manage strategic partners across several countries to generate new demand and increase revenues
  • Drive the creation of a strategy for partner acquisition and maximization of the value of the partners' portfolio
  • Pitch the benefits of partnering with Otovo to potential partners in diverse industries
  • Mentor and coach country partner managers in your region
  • Collaborate with other Otovo functions, such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, and country GMs
  • Contribute to the international Partnerships team with feedback and ad hoc projects
  • Report to the VP of Partnerships

What We Look For

We're looking for a doer with a hands-on mentality, ready to join a start-up environment. You should have ease and confidence in reaching out to new partners and passion for building long-term partnerships. Clear and convincing communication skills are a must, as well as courage to question the status quo and provide out-of-the-box solutions. Data-driven and target-focused approach is essential. University degree or MBA is required, and fluency in English is a must; other EU languages are a plus.
