Job Title: Head of Market Access Strategy

Coloplast is a leader in Medical Technology, and we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as Head of Market Access Strategy. This role will be responsible for defining and deploying the market access and government affairs strategy of the company for current and future products in the best interests of all Business Units of the subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Coloplast in front of official bodies, including the Ministry of Health and Autonomous Communities, and carry out Public Affairs activities.
  • Lead the national/regional market access (MA) and reimbursement strategies, developing and rolling out strategic initiatives to maximize patient access to Coloplast products and services.
  • Ensure close dialogue and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including MoH, AEMPS, RedETS, key regional payers, PAGs, and Societies.
  • Participate in the development of pricing negotiation strategies and own the overall tender process for all business units, managing a team of three tender specialists.
  • Responsible for the regulatory affairs area, driving one regulatory affairs manager.
Qualifications:
  • Degree within healthcare/business administration and/or medical technology.
  • Master is an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position within the field of medical devices/healthcare.
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills combined with strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
