Job Title: Head of Market Access and Government Affairs

Coloplast is a leading medical technology company with a strong presence in the global market. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Market Access and Government Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market access and government affairs strategies to maximize patient access to Coloplast products and services.
  • Represent Coloplast in front of official bodies, including the Ministry of Health and Autonomous Communities, and engage in public affairs activities.
  • Monitor institutional stakeholders, identify opportunities and threats, and formulate recommendations for action.
  • Lead the national/regional market access and reimbursement strategies, and develop value dossiers for payers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure close dialogue and cooperation.
  • Manage a team of tender specialists and drive the overall tender process for all business units.
Requirements:
  • Degree in healthcare/business administration and/or medical technology, with a Master's degree being an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position within the field of medical devices/healthcare.
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare environment and excellent strategic thinking skills.
