Job Title: Head of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs

British American Tobacco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our corporate and regulatory affairs efforts in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory agencies, and industry partners
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to regulatory affairs
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and trends, and provide recommendations for how to address them
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in government and regulatory affairs, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish and European regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in other languages a plus
