Global Brand and Partnership Development Manager

As a Global Brand and Partnership Manager at Continental Tires, you will play a key role in driving the marketing growth of the Tire Sector. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the partnerships strategy, encompassing sponsorship, co-branding, brand ambassadors, and influencer marketing.
The ideal candidate will bring an outside-in perspective, partnership industry expertise, and a benchmarking approach to develop and implement a brand-relevant partnership strategy. The goal is to grow brand equity and partnership ROI, ultimately generating sustainable revenue growth.
You will be part of the Global Marketing team and report to the Head of Global Marketing Communications and Partnerships. The role is based in Madrid, Spain, but other locations may be considered.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy, ensuring consistency and maximizing ROI across all global, pan-regional, and local partnerships.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage global/pan-regional partnerships, focusing on long-term sponsorship, partnership, and co-branding opportunities that align with the brand's values, target audience, and strategic goals.
- Establish robust and consistent KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI of partnerships.
- Build partnership management capabilities across the organization, providing solid and consistent guidelines, tools, and processes.
- Develop guidelines for content created by influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring it is engaging, authentic, and on-brand.
- Academic degree in brand, marketing, communication, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership management, with at least 5 years at a global level within a FMCG company or media group.
- Experience in sponsorship, co-branding, co-marketing, brand ambassadors, and influencer marketing.
- Solid track record in leveraging global partnerships to build brand equity, consumer centricity, and generate incremental sales revenue.
- Project management skills and experience in external partners management.
- Professional working proficiency in English, with no other language required.
