About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our regional service quality initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and implementing strategic quality initiatives in our sub-regional service organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise sub-regional service business on their quality metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure quality performance is understood by sub-regional service and support them in reaching their quality business goals.
- Act as the sub-regional service point of contact for Quality, including escalation of compliance issues.
- Support quality training and awareness activities in the sub-region.
- Support sharing of best practices in sub-regional service through knowledge transfer across the value chain.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in Quality.
- Six Sigma Green Belt - practitioner.
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor.
- Excellent communication, cooperation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in working in complex large matrixed organizations.
- Expertise and understanding of service quality processes.
- Experience of data analysis, with knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies, monitoring of results and implementing solutions.
