About the Role

Aircall is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to drive field marketing initiatives in the Iberian and LATAM regions. This is a key opportunity to join a fast-growing company and contribute to the development of our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans that align with regional sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns, adapting messaging and content for local execution.
  • Partner with local sales teams to build repeatable pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, plan, and execute regional programs, including brand events, partner events, and tradeshows.
  • Drive the creation of localized sales and demand enablement content, such as product videos, one-sheeters, and customer stories.
  • Analyze results and metrics, reporting to the organization on the effectiveness and performance of program activities.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Native Spanish speaker with experience marketing to Spanish-speaking audiences.
  • Expertise in the Iberian and LATAM SMB markets.
  • Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to develop fully integrated marketing plans tailored to the region.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
